Job Title: UI/UX Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled UI/UX engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing user-centric experiences that drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • User Research: Conduct thorough research to understand user behavior, preferences, and pain points.
  • Visual Design: Create visually appealing and intuitive designs using Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Interaction Design: Develop interactive prototypes that enhance the user experience.
  • Usability Testing: Conduct usability testing to identify areas for improvement and iterate on design solutions.
Requirements:
  • Expertise in Design Tools: Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Programming Skills: Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Flutter for cross-platform mobile development.
  • Experience in Mobile App Development: 3-5 years of experience designing iOS and Android applications with responsive design principles, cross-platform consistency, touch-friendly interfaces, and real-time data synchronization capabilities.
  • Data Visualization: 3+ years of experience creating complex dashboards, data presentation systems, real-time monitoring interfaces, and multi-device data integration with actionable insights.
  • AI-Powered Design Tools: Hands-on experience with AI-powered design tools including Figma AI features, generative design systems, automated prototyping workflows, and GitHub Copilot or similar AI-assisted productivity tools.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience documenting design decisions and sharing reasoning in design reviews across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
