Job Title: Motion Graphic Designer

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Motion Graphics Specialist to join our organization.
  • A degree in graphic arts, design, communications, or a related field is required.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Create innovative designs, concepts, and layouts based on visual hierarchy, grid systems, and typography.
  2. Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing, consistent with the brand tonality.
  3. Present finalized ideas and concepts to internal teams and stakeholders.
  4. Work with various media types, including digital creatives, print materials, web banners, etc.
  5. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies in design and advertising.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams to discuss business objectives and requirements from a design perspective.
  7. Interpret client needs and develop concepts to suit their purpose.
  8. Obtain approval for concepts by submitting rough layouts and sketches.
  9. Develop design briefs by gathering information through research.
  10. Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts.

Required Skills:

  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Excellent design and artistic abilities.
  • Familiarity with additional software such as After Effects, Character Animator, Premier Pro, Blender, XD, Figma, etc.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently and contribute in a team environment.
