We are seeking a highly skilled Motion Graphics Designer with a strong background in sports broadcast design to join our dynamic team.

As a key member of the creative broadcast team, you will be responsible for designing and animating custom motion graphics for horse racing broadcasts. This includes show opens, transitions, and bumpers, on-screen statistics, odds, and race data visualizations, lower thirds, title cards, and branded broadcast elements.

Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with producers, editors, and sports analysts to translate racing data and narratives into compelling visuals. You will also be responsible for developing graphics templates for fast turnaround and live updates during race events.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of professional experience in motion graphics design, preferably within sports broadcasting.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro).
  • Experience with real-time broadcast graphics platforms is highly desirable.
  • A strong grasp of sports design aesthetics, particularly horse racing data.
  • A solid understanding of typography, color theory, pacing, and motion design principles.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines with rapid turnaround.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
  • A portfolio or demo reel showcasing high-quality motion graphics work, ideally in live or sports television.
Qualifications
  • A diploma in Motion Design, Broadcast Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • Experience working on-site at sports events or in live production environments.
  • An interest in or working knowledge of horse racing formats, terminology, and statistics.
