About the Role:

  • Visual Storytelling: Design and create visually stunning motion graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital and print materials.
  • Animated Content: Develop animated content such as explainer videos, motion graphics, GIFs, and visual effects to enhance brand storytelling and engagement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience preferences.
  • Idea Generation: Conceptualize and storyboarding ideas, translating creative briefs into visually appealing designs and animations that effectively communicate key messages and brand identity.
  • Industry Expertise: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design tools to continually innovate and enhance the quality and effectiveness of visual content.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure brand consistency and adherence to design guidelines across all assets, maintaining a high standard of quality and professionalism.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia Arts, or a related field with a minimum of 5 years of work experience.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and animation tools (e.g., Adobe Animate, Blender).
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively in a team environment, adapting to feedback and incorporating revisions as needed.
