Job Title: Dynamics CRM and TOSCA Specialist

Location: Remote/Onsite (Pune, Shivajinagar)

Experience: 6 to 10 Years

Employment Type: Contract to Hire

Work Mode: Hybrid

Job Description:

We require an experienced individual to lead full life cycle implementations across multiple versions of Dynamics CRM365. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in MS CRM Sales, Service, and Marketing modules.

The successful candidate will coordinate with the development team to provide a clear understanding of business user needs and resolve any queries related to requirements.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Documenting business requirements and reviewing them with the business and technology teams
  • Obtaining customer acceptance for the same
  • Collaborating with business users to develop acceptance criteria for test cases and test scenarios
  • Maintaining knowledge of Agile or Waterfall approaches depending on business requirements
  • Developing SSRS reporting services experience

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum 4-8 years of experience as a functional consultant

Minimum 2 years' experience working on Microsoft Dynamics 365, specifically Dynamics CRM20162015

Familiarity with Strong on MS CRM Sales, Service, and Marketing modules

Excellent communication skills

Strong problem-solving abilities

Good To Have Skills:

Knowledge and understanding of some or all areas within Customer Engagement including Field Services and Project Service Automation

Broad knowledge of Power Platform, Power Apps, Flow, and Power BI

Understanding of Dynamics 365 Common Data Model and Common Data Model

MS CRM configuration knowledge

Application integrations knowledge with MS CRM
