Job Overview:

We are currently seeking an experienced Functional Consultant with in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 modules to assume a key role in delivering high-quality solutions to our clients.

As a pivotal member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

Responsibilities include:

  • Configuring, installing, and troubleshooting Server instances, identifying problems by analyzing platform trace logs and providing effective solutions.
  • Implementing Omnichannel capabilities and offering support and training to users.
  • Working on MS CRM Sales, Service, and Marketing modules, configuring knowledge management systems, and developing analytical, research, and troubleshooting skills to identify root cause analyses.
  • Effectively communicating technical issues and resolving problems through strong collaboration and problem-solving abilities.

Key Qualifications:

  • A deep understanding of Customer Engagement, including Field Services, and Project Service Automation.
  • Extensive MS CRM configuration knowledge.
  • Proficiency in application integrations with MS CRM.
  • Certification in MS Dynamics is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills are essential, with the ability to address user queries and provide clear guidance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a functional consultant.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Technical Support.
  • Familiarity with the Customer Service module.
  • Strong expertise in MS CRM Sales, Service, and Marketing modules.
