Key Responsibilities:

· Develop strong relationships with key clients to ensure their needs are met.

· Lead and mentor a high-performing team to align on client needs, deliverables, and expectations.

· Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of projects.

· Translate client briefs into actionable strategies, proposals, and event concepts.

· Drive business development by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.

· Manage the client lifecycle from pitch presentations and negotiations to on-ground delivery and post-event feedback.

· Ensure all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality, timeliness, and budget adherence.

· Anticipate client needs and proactively provide solutions to enhance satisfaction and retention.

· Track client satisfaction, resolve escalations, and provide regular updates to senior management.

· Prepare post-event reports and presentations capturing impact, ROI, and learnings.

Requirements:

· 8–12 years of client servicing experience in the events, MICE, or experiential marketing industry.

· Strong background in handling corporate clients and large-format projects.

· Proven experience in leading and mentoring high-performing teams.

· Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

· Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple accounts simultaneously.

· Willingness to travel for client meetings and event execution.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Mass Media, Marketing, or a related field.

· Prior experience with reputed event agencies handling marquee clients.

· Strong understanding of event strategy, client engagement, and market trends.
