We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our business development efforts. As a result-driven Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new customers globally, while focusing on high-value solutions rather than resource placement.

  • Hunt, identify, and onboard new customers in key markets such as North America, UK, Middle East, and GCC.
  • Sell innovative IT services, Data Engineering solutions, Data Science solutions, and AI-driven products that meet customer needs.
  • Understand our capabilities and expertise to create tailored proposals that drive revenue growth.
  • Achieve and exceed revenue targets, order booking goals, and sales KPIs by leveraging your negotiation skills and technical acumen.
  • Engage in technical discussions with customers to understand their pain points and position solutions that address their needs.
  • Utilize social media platforms to generate leads and business opportunities, expanding our global footprint.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in IT Solution Sales, with a proven track record of success in selling both IT products and services.
  • Experience in selling Data Engineering, Data Science, and AI solutions is a strong advantage.
  • At least 2 years of experience selling to customers across North America, UK, or Middle East markets.
  • Strong ability to understand customer pain points and translate them into solution-based offerings.
  • Ability to discuss technical details independently without constant reliance on technical teams.
  • Proven track record of using social media for lead generation and business development.
  • Prior experience working in a dynamic startup environment or fast-paced IT services setting.
