A senior sales counselor role has become available in a fast-growing edtech organization. As part of this team, you will have the opportunity to guide potential students through their learning journey and play a pivotal role in helping them achieve their career goals.

Key responsibilities include engaging with prospective students via various communication channels, understanding their professional background, aspirations, and challenges to provide personalized program recommendations, driving sales conversions by effectively handling objections, building rapport, and guiding students through the enrollment process. A customer-centric approach is essential to ensure a positive student experience from initial contact to enrollment.

The ideal candidate will possess strong counseling and consultative selling skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and be able to handle high volumes of leads efficiently. Self-motivation, result-oriented behavior, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are also essential.

Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in any discipline, 2-4 years of experience in hardcore inside sales preferably in the edtech sector, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales management software is a plus.
