Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Global Education Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our international education department, you will play a vital role in guiding students through their journey of pursuing higher education abroad.

In this dynamic position, you will be responsible for providing personalized counseling services to students, assisting them with the admission and visa processes, and ensuring high student satisfaction and successful conversions.

You will conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with students to assess their goals, background, and eligibility, as well as advise them on suitable universities, courses, countries, scholarships, and application strategies.

You will also support students throughout the entire admission process, including application filing, documentation, Letters of Recommendation (LORs), Statements of Purpose (SOPs), and fee payments.

Furthermore, you will guide students and parents through the visa process, preparing them for interviews and document collection, and coordinate with university representatives, internal teams, and embassy/visa offices when needed.

As a dedicated Global Education Consultant, you will maintain accurate student records in CRM tools and provide timely reports, meet weekly and monthly targets related to applications, offers, and conversions, and stay updated with current trends in international education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Counseling students on suitable universities, courses, countries, scholarships, and application strategies.
  • Supporting students throughout the entire admission process, including application filing, documentation, LORs, SOPs, and fee payments.
  • Guiding students and parents through the visa process, preparing them for interviews and document collection.
  • Maintaining accurate student records in CRM tools and providing timely reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English proficiency is essential).
  • Empathetic listener and persuasive communicator.
  • Knowledge of the international education landscape, including the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and other key destinations.
  • Organized, target-driven, and self-motivated individual.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, and email communication.
