About the Role:

The ideal candidate will work closely with government bodies, providing advisory support on governance and policy initiatives. They should be a sharp, analytical thinker with a strong passion for public programs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting research on governance issues across sectors such as public health, education, rural development, and infrastructure
  • Analysing government policies and frameworks to identify gaps and opportunities
  • Extracting and cleaning large datasets, designing quantitative models to identify trends, performance metrics, and forecasts
  • Developing reports, policy briefs, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders and government officials
  • Assisting in implementing governance initiatives by developing frameworks, preparing action plans, tracking progress, evaluating impact, and suggesting course corrections
  • Maintaining a structured repository of program data, model outputs, and documentation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputable academic institution, preferably in Political Science, Economics, Social Sciences, or Law
  • Strong grasp of governance systems, policy making cycles, and the political ecosystem
  • Clear writing and presentation skills suitable for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Curious, proactive, and capable of designing solutions from first principles
  • High professionalism, confidentiality, and ability to manage diverse stakeholders
