HR Generalist Position

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented HR professional to join our team as an HR Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the HR department, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and general office administration.

About the Role
  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, resume shortlisting, and initial HR screening, as well as coordinating interview schedules.
  • Facilitate smooth onboarding of new employees by managing documentation, induction formalities, and orientation processes.
  • Maintain and regularly update employee records, HR databases, and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage general office administration to ensure operational efficiency and organized workplace.
  • Supervise housekeeping staff to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Contribute to employee engagement programs and activities to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Participate in various HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR Manager or leadership team.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 months-2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written.
  • Sound understanding of HR responsibilities and core functions.
  • Knowledge of HR Labour laws and compliances.
  • High level of discretion when handling confidential and sensitive information.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Attention to detail and work accuracy is a must.
  • A proactive and positive attitude with excellent soft skills and willingness to take initiative and learn.
Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in HR or administrative roles, preferably with IT Recruitment or similar experience.
