Key Role: Litigation Support Specialist

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting legal research, drafting and reviewing documents, and providing support to the legal team. This includes preparing for trials and hearings, collaborating with external counsel, maintaining cause-lists, and organizing evidence and exhibits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drafting notices, plaintiffs, written statements, and other court documents
  • Collaborating with external counsels on case strategy and pleadings
  • Maintaining cause-lists tracker and keeping management updated on the status of cases
  • Organizing and maintaining legal files and documentation
  • Attending hearings and representing the company as in-house counsel
  • Providing support for registration of agreements and other legal matters
Qualifications and Experience:
  • LLB from a reputable college
  • 3-4 years of experience in litigation handling in a reputable law firm or corporate
  • Familiarity with legal research tools and software
Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
