Expansion Director

Job Overview:

The Expansion Director plays a pivotal role in spearheading growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities include Strategic Planning, Market Development, Performance Management, Stakeholder Engagement, and Cross-functional Collaboration.

  • Strategic Planning
    • Develop and implement comprehensive expansion strategies.
    • Evaluate market trends, opportunities, and risks.
    • Prioritize projects based on business objectives and resource availability.
  • Market Development
    • Analyze market data to identify new business opportunities.
    • Identify and onboard new supply partners and channels.
    • Negotiate and finalize partnerships ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Performance Management
    • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Deliver on weekly, monthly, quarterly, and half-yearly targets.
    • Maintain dashboards and reports on existing and upcoming centers.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
    • Conduct regular site visits to gather real-time insights.
    • Liaise with property owners, developers, and other stakeholders.
    • Monitor operational quality and suggest improvements.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration
    • Work closely with Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Legal teams for seamless execution.
    • Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and legal frameworks.

Qualifications & Skills required are Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Real Estate, or related field (MBA preferred), Minimum 3 - 5 Years of relevant experience in expansion, business development, real estate, or program management, Strong business acumen, Proficiency in MS Office & Google Suite, Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills, and Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
