Fundraising Manager

We are seeking an experienced Fundraising Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive fundraising strategies to secure capital for real estate projects.

Responsibilities
  • Fundraising Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies to secure capital for real estate projects, including equity and debt financing.
  • Investor Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with a wide range of investors, including private equity firms, venture capitalists, high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutional investors.
  • Capital Sourcing: Identify and pursue potential funding sources for residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate projects.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or related field (MBA or relevant post-graduate degree preferred).
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in finance or fundraising within the real estate sector.
  • Skills: Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills; excellent negotiation and deal-structuring skills; knowledge of real estate investment vehicles (REITs, funds, joint ventures, etc); expertise in project valuation, due diligence, and risk management.
