About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled individual to own our online assets, namely website, micro-sites, and landing pages, to enhance our online marketing effectiveness and help achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs.
  • Maintain and optimize our website (using WordPress), micro-sites, and landing pages (with our custom CMS and Contentful).
  • Anticipate and track operational and tactical risks and offer strategic solutions.
  • Work closely with the core global product marketing team to ensure all operational, promotional, technology, and compliance functions within the firm are being properly executed as per best practices.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities.
  • Coordinate, setup and maintain our marketing webinars; and offer live back-end support to panelists during the sessions.
  • Maintain workflows by coordinating with cross-functional departments, across time zones.

Requirements:

  • A diploma or bachelor's degree in Computer Applications, or relevant experience.
  • 4+ years of front-end development experience.
  • Good programming-skills and understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, and APIs. Knowledge of PHP is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of UI, cross-browser compatibility, general web functions, and standards.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO requirements is a plus.
  • Exceptional project management skills and ability to handle multiple fast-moving marketing projects simultaneously.
  • Able to develop ideas with the ability to focus both on details and the big picture.
  • Flexibility working across multiple time zones is essential as we are a globally distributed team.
  • Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills and have an understanding of the marketing funnel.
