Drive Growth in Loan Against Property Business

To succeed in this role, you must be a strategic thinker with excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to drive business growth through direct sales channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire loan customers through direct sales agent channels while adhering to internal policies and external regulatory guidelines.
  • Identify and onboard high-potential direct sales agents and maintain strong working relationships.
  • Meet or exceed assigned monthly and quarterly disbursement and fee income targets.
  • Monitor and drive business volumes in a competitive market, maintaining a healthy pipeline.
  • Liaise with credit and operations teams to ensure smooth file processing and disbursal.
  • Perform initial screening of customer financials and property documents before file submission.
  • Track competitor offerings, pricing, and market dynamics.
  • Maintain strong relationships with direct sales agents, customers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure thorough KYC, property valuation, and legal documentation as per company standards.
  • Adhere to audit requirements, regulatory norms, and internal processes.

Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate degree required.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in loan against property, home loan, or SME lending in the banking or NBFC sector as a full-time permanent employee.
  • Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of secured lending and property-related documentation.
  • High level of self-motivation with a go-getter attitude.
  • Comfortable working in a high-performance target-driven environment.
