Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve business targets through effective lead generation, customer relationship management, and sales strategies.
- Develop and implement plans to increase revenue growth by identifying new opportunities, expanding existing relationships, and upselling/cross-selling products.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with team members to set goals, provide feedback, and coach for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., operations) to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive mortgage loan industry.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-7 years of experience in NBFC sector or related field (preferably in mortgage loans).
- Strong understanding of various types of loans such as LAP Loans, Mortgage Loans, Loan Against Property, Business Loan, Personal Loan etc. .
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
