Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve business targets through effective lead generation, customer relationship management, and sales strategies.
  • Develop and implement plans to increase revenue growth by identifying new opportunities, expanding existing relationships, and upselling/cross-selling products.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews with team members to set goals, provide feedback, and coach for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., operations) to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive mortgage loan industry.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-7 years of experience in NBFC sector or related field (preferably in mortgage loans).
  • Strong understanding of various types of loans such as LAP Loans, Mortgage Loans, Loan Against Property, Business Loan, Personal Loan etc. .
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
