Artificial Intelligence Technical Leader

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned technical leader to spearhead our Artificial Intelligence initiatives. As the AI Technical Lead, you will be responsible for driving the development and deployment of cutting-edge Machine Learning models that drive business value.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Purposefully lead and mentor high-performing teams of data engineers, MLOps engineers, and machine learning engineers in achieving project objectives and deliverables.
  • Provide strategic direction for AI/ML architecture design and implementation, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize AI/ML projects, aligning them with overall business objectives.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment with project goals and objectives.
  • Elevate AI/ML capabilities by guiding engineers in leveraging best practices and emerging technologies.
  • Maintain day-to-day operations, ensuring adherence to process, scope, quality, and timelines.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging experimentation and learning from failures.
  • Analyze external processes and develop strategies for service delivery optimization.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with diverse teams and stakeholders, understanding their needs and managing expectations effectively.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
  • 12 to 15 years of total experience, with at least 2 years of experience leading/managing AI/ML projects, achieving clear & measurable business objectives.
  • Strong understanding of US Health insurance with at least 3+ years of experience in the same.
  • Experience and understanding of the entire MLOps pipeline, from data ingestion to production.
  • Proven ability to take successful, complex ideas from experimentation to production.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or any public cloud platform.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in leading, motivating & inspiring teams to foster collaboration.
  • Proficient in identifying, assessing, and calling out risks and mitigation plans to stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze external and internal processes and create strategies for service delivery optimization.
