About Us

We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to spearhead our Large Language Model initiatives across multiple geographies.

The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise in AI/ML with strong program management and stakeholder skills, ensuring that projects are executed on time and in compliance with global regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive planning, execution, and delivery of LLM/GenAI projects, focusing on scalability and efficiency.
  • Manage cross-functional teams and coordinate closely with internal stakeholders, promoting seamless collaboration.
  • Work closely with ML Engineers, Data Scientists, and MLOps teams to translate research and business needs into project milestones, fostering innovation and progress.
  • Establish workflows for SFT, RLHF/RLEF, and evaluation pipelines, ensuring data integrity and quality.
  • Monitor and track KPIs: throughput, quality, accuracy, latency, and cost efficiency, making data-driven decisions.
  • Ensure adherence to data security, privacy, OFAC compliance, and ethical AI standards, upholding the highest level of professionalism.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers to define the project roadmap and ROI, driving business value.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes to executive leadership and key stakeholders, maintaining transparency and trust.
