  • Facilitation Management: Spearheading sessions for leadership, onboarding, and team development across global teams.
  • Global Onboarding: Oversight of the full onboarding experience for new hires worldwide.
  • Program & Project Management: Planning and executing talent-related projects.
  • Talent Development: Designing and managing programs that support employee growth, leadership development, and career paths.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in facilitation, onboarding, talent development, and project management.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Experience working with global teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
