Brand Amplification Specialist

Job Description

The Marketing and Growth team drives user acquisition and retention by building a strong brand presence and executing data-driven campaigns.

  • Scale social media channels by crafting and ideating strategies to boost brand visibility, engagement, and reach.
  • Ideate and script engaging content that aligns with the brand's voice and appeals to the target audience.
  • Participate in video content creation, bringing authenticity and personality to the brand's social media presence.
  • Plan and launch social media campaigns that drive marketing objectives, including product promotions and brand storytelling.
  • Analyse and track the performance of social media campaigns, using metrics to drive insights and improvements, and apply learnings to optimise future strategies.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to ensure a unified brand message across all channels.
  • Identify, engage, and manage relationships with influencers to amplify the brand's message and reach.
  • Work with influencer agencies to create and manage campaigns that align with brand goals and resonate with audiences.

This role combines creative storytelling with data-driven strategy to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and community building. With a focus on impactful content and authentic influencer collaborations, the role plays a key part in shaping the brand's digital identity and connecting meaningfully with audiences.
