Social Media Ambassador

Our organization seeks an experienced and proactive Social Media Ambassador to lead our online presence and engage with our audience. The ideal candidate will be a skilled communicator with a strong understanding of social media platforms, community engagement, and reputation management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster meaningful connections with followers by responding promptly to comments, messages, and mentions in a brand-consistent manner.
  • Cultivate a supportive and interactive online community through engaging conversations, answering queries, and acknowledging feedback.
  • Monitor customer reviews and user sentiment across various social media platforms, including Instagram, Twitter, and more.
  • Effectively manage Online Reputation (ORM) by tracking brand mentions, addressing concerns, and mitigating negative feedback with empathy and professionalism.

Monitoring & Insights:

  • Track and analyze conversations, sentiment, and engagement trends related to the brand and industry.
  • Prepare regular reports summarizing community activity, engagement metrics, and ORM insights to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements & Benefits:

  • 1-3 years of experience in community management, social media, or online reputation roles.
  • Exceptional written communication skills with a human, empathetic, and solution-oriented tone.
  • Deep familiarity with popular social media platforms and tools like Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Brand24, and Google Alerts.
  • Proficiency with visual design tools like Canva to create engaging content.
  • Strong multitasking skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
