Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Cybersecurity Professional to safeguard our systems, networks, and data against internal and external threats. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing security solutions, monitoring for vulnerabilities, and responding to incidents to ensure the highest levels of system integrity and data protection.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement robust security tools and infrastructure to protect against cyber threats.
  • Maintain vigilance in monitoring systems and networks for potential security breaches and investigate violations.
  • Perform thorough vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and risk analysis to identify areas for improvement.
  • Respond promptly to security incidents and lead incident response activities, including root cause analysis and remediation.
  • Ensure compliance with internal security policies and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, HIPAA).
  • Collaborate effectively with IT and development teams to implement security best practices and secure software development life cycle.
  • Manage firewalls, antivirus, EDR, SIEM, DLP, and IDS/IPS tools to maintain a robust security posture.
  • Document security architecture, incidents, and processes to facilitate knowledge sharing and improvement.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Solid understanding of firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, proxies, and endpoint protection.
  • Proficiency with SIEM platforms (e.g., Splunk, QRadar, ELK), vulnerability scanners, and forensic tools.
  • Experience with scripting or automation (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell).
  • Strong understanding of network and web-related protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, etc.).
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST, CIS, or ISO 27001.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Professional certifications such as CEH, CISSP, CompTIA Security+, OSCP, or GSEC.
  • Experience with cloud security in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Familiarity with DevSecOps and container security (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
