Sales Team Lead

**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales team lead to join our insurance agency. As a sales team lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of life insurance agents to achieve sales targets.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales or team management, preferably in the insurance industry. They will possess strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as a deep understanding of life insurance products and market trends.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to grow our agency's market share. You will also train and support agents to improve their product knowledge and sales techniques, ensuring they build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
To succeed in this role, you must be able to motivate a sales team, analyze data to identify new business opportunities, and develop strategies to increase sales and agency growth.
