Key Roles and Responsibilities

We are looking for a Results-Driven Sales Associate to join our team in Mumbai. This role combines sales execution with strategic contribution, requiring you to drive client engagement, prospect new leads, and collaborate with leadership to develop business growth strategies.

Sales & Client Engagement:
  • Potential Client Outreach:
    • Reach out to potential clients through calls, meetings, and networking.
    • Understand client requirements and suggest suitable office space options.
    • Coordinate and conduct property visits with clients.
    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
    • Develop strong relations with operators such as WeWork, Cowrks, Awfis, Smartworks, and others to ensure priority access to inventory.
    • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
    • Represent the company professionally in all client and operator interactions.
  • Strategy & Business Growth:
    • Work with the leadership team to create strategies for stronger market presence in Mumbai.
    • Suggest ideas and directions for still and video creatives that can boost digital lead generation.
    • Recommend sales conversation strategies to improve client engagement and closure rates.
    • Contribute to expansion strategies in Mumbai, including inputs on hiring and scaling business operations.
    • Suggest revenue-enhancement strategies to maximize profitability from the Mumbai market.
    • Share market intelligence, competitor insights, and innovative business development approaches.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred).
  • 0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or real estate.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English & Hindi (Marathi is an asset).
  • Confidence in handling client calls and in-person meetings.
  • Willingness to travel across Mumbai, Thane & Navi Mumbai for site visits.
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Creative thinker who can contribute ideas for marketing, sales strategies, and business growth.
