We are looking for a skilled Retail Sales Associate to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a retail store environment, preferably in clothing or home furnishings.
- A strong background in customer service, with excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in handling POS systems.
- A passion for sales and a keen eye for detail to achieve monthly sales targets.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with Pinklay, a reputable company in the industry. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Welcome and assist customers, providing product recommendations and information on features.
- SUPPORT RETAIL STORE OPERATIONS, including cash and inventory management.
- Set up and organize store merchandise to increase visibility and drive sales.
- Work closely with the team to achieve sales quotas and targets.
Candidate Requirements:
- Graduate degree from a reputable college or university.
- Fluent in spoken and written English (other languages a plus).
- Sales savvy and comfortable handling customers on the floor.
