Expert Sales Professional Opportunity

About this Role:

A highly skilled sales specialist will provide in-depth, expert-level support and advise domain teams and customers. The professional must work closely with regional counterparts in customer RFx analysis and provide efficient solutions based on the requirements.

This position is also encouraged to initiate and participate in knowledge-sharing activities, as well as coaching and mentoring others in the team to build their competence.

  • Providing quality responses for RFP tenders within given timelines.
  • Assuming ownership of bid responses for specific areas of work.
  • Understanding RFP requirements thoroughly and initiating timely clarifications and responses for specific areas.
  • Interacting with regional counterparts for discussion related to RFP.
  • Solution responsible for EPC, UPF, SMF, AMF, GGSN, EPG, SGSN-MME, WMG, SAPC, etc., in the Bid Office.
  • Ensuring that assumptions and risks are well captured and documented while providing technical solutions to customers in regions.
  • Assisting Engagement Lead Solution Manager in the Bid Office during bid acceptance phase to agree on scope and effort estimation with regions.
  • Acquiring expertise for products in EPC domain.
  • Knowledge sharing and efficient reuse of available document repository.
  • Providing suggestions from TCO Optimization aspects to Market Area.
  • Responsible for maintaining contacts within respective Sales Support Team and Support Organizations so that customer queries are answered effectively in a timely manner.
  • While preparing proposals, shall be responsible through various interfaces for the following activities or deliverables:
    • Network Design and Dimensioning.
    • Bill of Quantities (BoQ).
    • Solution Document.
    • Answering technical Statement of Compliance (SoC).
    • Customer queries.
