Job Title: Logistics Development Associate

We are seeking a talented and driven individual to join our logistics team as a Logistics Development Associate. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the logistics and supply chain industry, specifically in container freight stations (CFS) and depot operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations at CFS and depots, coordinating cargo movements, container handling, and warehouse management. They will also be responsible for collecting and analyzing operational data to support decision-making and preparing regular reports and performance dashboards using data analytics tools.

This role is ideal for recent graduates proficient in MS Office, data analytics, and presentations. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this position.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily operations at CFS and depots, coordinating cargo movements, container handling, and warehouse management
  • Collect and analyze operational data to support decision-making
  • Prepare regular reports and performance dashboards using data analytics tools
  • Use MS Excel to manage operational data, perform calculations, and generate data insights
  • Presentation & Communication: Prepare and present reports on depot and CFS operations to internal teams and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Basic knowledge of data analytics
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to present complex data and operations insights in a clear, concise manner
