End-to-End Growth Marketer

SocialPilot is seeking a skilled growth marketer to develop and implement end-to-end strategies that boost conversion rates from our website and marketing campaigns across various paid and organic channels.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing teams, focusing on conversation optimization and growth marketing efforts. Experience running and analyzing A/B, split, and multivariate tests end-to-end is required.

  • A strong understanding of conversion copywriting, user experience, and web design principles is essential.
  • Proficiency in data and customer analytics principles and tools, including Google Analytics 4, HubSpot, MixPanel, and data visualization tools like Google Looker Studio is necessary.
  • Excellent oral/written communication and collaboration skills are required for success in this role.

This position requires the ability to work with cross-functional technical teams on website tracking and troubleshooting, with a good understanding of Google Tag Manager. We're looking for someone who can thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
