About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Regional Human Resources Manager to join our team at Strategic Talent Partner. This is a key role that involves leading the HR function for our sales divisions in Delhi, Bengaluru & Gujarat. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in managing HR processes and projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage all HR activities related to the sales function in the designated region.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support sales goals.
  • Work closely with sales leadership to identify talent needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Ensure proper branch infrastructure, hygiene, and compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies within the sales function.

Qualifications:
  • 70%+ marks in 10th and 12th.
  • 5+ Years of relevant experience & Regional Language Fluency is Mandatory.
  • MBA from any of the top tier colleges would be preferred.
