Job Summary:
As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will drive business growth through revenue generation and lead acquisition in the stock broking and investment space. You will work directly with high-net-worth individuals (HNI), institutional clients, and retail investors to provide tailored investment solutions, build strong client relationships, and meet the firm's financial objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
- Drive the firm's revenue by acquiring new clients and expanding the portfolio of existing clients.
- Engage in selling equity, derivative, mutual funds, and other investment products to clients, understanding their financial goals, risk appetite, and investment preferences.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase trading volumes and improve client engagement.
- Cross-sell and up-sell a variety of financial products and services to clients to maximize revenue per client.
- Identify and generate leads from various sources, including networking, referrals, industry events, digital marketing, and outbound prospecting.
- Maintain a database of prospective clients and effectively follow up to convert them into long-term clients.
- Establish strong, long-term relationships with key clients, providing personalized investment advice and financial planning.
- Regularly engage with clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.
- Resolve client queries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
