As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will drive business growth through revenue generation and lead acquisition in the stock broking and investment space. You will work directly with high-net-worth individuals (HNI), institutional clients, and retail investors to provide tailored investment solutions, build strong client relationships, and meet the firm's financial objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Drive the firm's revenue by acquiring new clients and expanding the portfolio of existing clients.
  2. Engage in selling equity, derivative, mutual funds, and other investment products to clients, understanding their financial goals, risk appetite, and investment preferences.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to increase trading volumes and improve client engagement.
  4. Cross-sell and up-sell a variety of financial products and services to clients to maximize revenue per client.
  5. Identify and generate leads from various sources, including networking, referrals, industry events, digital marketing, and outbound prospecting.
  6. Maintain a database of prospective clients and effectively follow up to convert them into long-term clients.
  7. Establish strong, long-term relationships with key clients, providing personalized investment advice and financial planning.
  8. Regularly engage with clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.
  9. Resolve client queries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Monitor client portfolios and suggest strategic adjustments to meet investment goals and optimize returns.
  11. Track sales performance, report on key metrics, and provide regular updates to senior management.
