About the Position

This is a challenging opportunity for a skilled professional to lead and train a team of Field and District Coordinators in providing technical support to government officials on the implementation of our Safe Water program.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate a team of Field and District Coordinators responsible for government advocacy, capacity building, direct coordination of stakeholders, and communication of progress and challenges.
  • Implement systems enabling Field and District Coordinators to perform government advocacy, stakeholder engagement, and project implementation duties.
  • Train Field and District Coordinators on capacity building around our Safe Water program so they can train their respective government officials at district and subdistrict levels.
  • Carry out field visits to intervention locations to provide program and technical support as needed.
Data Management and Analysis
  • Serve as the primary user of our program's internal information management systems to inform leadership about progress and challenges.
  • Analyze data collected from the Field to inform decision making and support the development and review of program activities.
  • Collaboratively work with State Manager, Safe Water Operations to develop and manage program work plans and timelines.
Stakeholder Engagement
  • Ensure Field and District Coordinators are coordinating appropriately with external stakeholders to meet activity targets and troubleshoot when escalation is necessary.
  • Engage with vendors and other stakeholders as required and escalate to State teams if deemed necessary.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is approximately $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
