Water Treatment Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced Water Treatment Program Manager to join our team in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and management of budgets related to in-line chlorination programs within the state JJM frameworks.
The role involves collaborating with state officials from AP PHED to ensure that the budgetary and procurement requirements for in-line chlorination programs are met. You will also report to EAII Advisors national team on the development of state-specific frameworks, procurement tenders, and SOPs that align with national budget guidelines and state priorities.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the development and management of budgets related to in-line chlorination programs within the state JJM frameworks.
- Collaborate with state officials from AP PHED to ensure that the budgetary and procurement requirements for in-line chlorination programs are met.
- Report to EAII Advisors national team on the development of state-specific frameworks, procurement tenders, and SOPs that align with national budget guidelines and state priorities.
The ideal candidate will have a Master's/Post Graduate degree in Economics, Public Administration, Public Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 6-8 years of experience in budget management, financial planning, or procurement, preferably within the water sector, is required.
The estimated salary for this position is ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,500,000 per annum, depending on the candidate's qualifications and experience.
