
Insurance Sales Specialist

- We are seeking a professional to lead the sales process, generating leads from assigned banks and developing customer relationships.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Cross-selling financial products to bank customers
- Managing business development and customer relationships
- Ensuring employment under the insurance company's payroll
- Acquiring customers through bank databases, walk-ins, and generated prospects
- Coaching other relationship managers and bank sales teams on product knowledge and selling skills
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in Life/Health/General Insurance to grow their careers and contribute to our team's success.
Requirements- Experience in Life/Health/General Insurance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Preference for candidates with a background in banking or finance
