Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Health Insurance Advisor (B2C) in our Vishakhapatnam office. The Health Insurance Advisor will be responsible for selling health insurance policies directly to consumers, providing excellent customer service, understanding customer needs, and offering suitable health insurance solutions. Daily tasks include meeting clients, conducting product presentations, closing sales, following up on leads, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Ability to conduct Training sessions related to health insurance products
  • Skills in Health Promotion and Wellness initiatives
  • Strong sales and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Previous experience in insurance sales or the financial sector is a plus
  • +2 or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
