Job Role and Responsibilities
  • Lead generation from assigned bank branches is a key responsibility.
  • The primary objective is to sell various insurance products to bank customers, focusing on customer business development and relationship management.
  • Other responsibilities include payroll processing, scheduling appointments, exploring customer financial needs in life-related investment and insurance areas, recommending suitable products, gaining agreement to purchase, and accurately completing all sales documentation.
  • Customer acquisition through the bank's database, walk-ins, and self-generated prospects is also essential.
  • Sales completion involves coordinating medicals and ensuring timely policy issuance.
  • Developing new markets/segments in line with company sales strategy is another critical aspect.
  • Coaching and supporting peer Relationship Managers and the bank sales team with product knowledge and joint client visits when requested by the sales manager are also part of the job.
Required Candidate Profile
  • A minimum 1 year of sales experience in any insurance channel is required.
  • Graduation is mandatory, and candidates with experience in General Insurance, Health Insurance, or Life Insurance are preferred.
