Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer to join our team and play a key role in developing and integrating Glean APIs for search, chat, and workflow automation with various data sources.

As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and integrating Glean APIs to enable seamless search, chat, and workflow automation.
  • Engineering robust solutions across the stack, including query understanding, document processing, and adapting models to specific organizational domains.
  • Inventing new signals to personalize and improve search results, combining Large Language Models (LLMs) and traditional search engines to answer complex organizational questions.
  • Automating business processes by orchestrating multi-step workflows and building agents that synthesize and act on enterprise data.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proficiency in Python, Go, Java, or C++ for building production-ready code and machine learning models.
  • Expertise with search, NLP, recommendation systems, or similar large-scale ML technologies.
  • Strong analytical and data-handling skills, with the ability to design and evaluate experiments that influence product direction.
  • Experience working in customer-focused, cross-functional, and collaborative engineering environments.
