Software Development Expert

You will collaborate with clients to design and implement software solutions tailored to their specific needs. Utilizing a comprehensive understanding of the ServiceNow platform, you will configure and customize HR service delivery modules, encompassing Case Management, Knowledge, Lifecycle Events, and Employee Center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and customize HR service delivery modules on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Design and implement software solutions using ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, Scoped Applications, Script Includes, Business Rules, and REST/SOAP integrations.
  • Work with large-scale enterprise-level HR service environments and complex implementations.
  • Provide unit testing, defect fixing, and hypercare support during cutover and go live phases.
  • Experience with ITSM, CSM, or other ServiceNow modules is highly beneficial.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 5 years on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on configuration experience in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD).
  • Certified ServiceNow HRSD Implementation Specialist or Certified System Administrator (CSA) is a significant asset.
