Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with founders and Head of Implementation to tackle complex customer challenges and develop breakthrough solutions
  • Identify, analyze, and solve real-world business problems by building new software solutions that directly impact customer success
  • Drive the integration of cutting-edge AI tools and emerging technologies into customer workflows and business processes
  • Create custom workflows, automations, and integrations using a visual development environment to solve complex business challenges
  • Innovate and experiment on implementing new software capabilities to push the boundaries of what's possible for our customers
  • Become an expert in a leading platform while contributing insights for new features and capabilities based on real customer needs
  • Troubleshoot implementation challenges in real-time to deliver seamless solutions

Requirements
  • No-Code/Low-Code Proficiency: Experience with visual development platforms and drag-and-drop workflow builders

  • CohesivAI Platform: Willingness and ability to quickly master our proprietary CohesivAI platform while applying technical understanding to build robust, scalable solutions
  • AI Integration Understanding: Familiarity with how AI tools can be integrated into business workflows and processes
  • System Integration: Experience connecting different software systems and data sources
  • English Communication: Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English for client communication
