Electronics Hardware Design Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Electronics Hardware Design Engineer to join our team. As an Electronics Hardware Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing electronic control modules, instrument clusters, and display systems for tractors, harvesters, and construction machines.

**Job Responsibilities:**
  • Design and develop electronic control modules, instrument clusters, and display systems.
  • Work towards modular design approach and commonise parts across platforms.
  • Drive the development cycle from requirement study to production and post-production.
  • Lead projects and guide other engineers working on the same project.
  • Collaborate with electrical project engineers, project teams, purchase teams, product cost management teams, quality teams, and suppliers.


**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
  • Minimum 7 years of career experience with a bachelor's degree in electronics or minimum 6 years of experience with a master's degree in electronics or 3 years of experience with a PhD in electronics.
  • Core hardware design experience of electronics control modules, clusters, and displays, including system design, schematic design, design calculations, selection of microcontrollers and other semiconductors, performing simulation, low-level software like boot loaders and BSPs.
  • Experience of minimum 2 hardware design starts from concept to production.
  • Having post-production issue-handling experience is essential.

  • Excellent communications skills both written and verbal.
  • Excellent aptitude at analyzing and consolidating information.
  • Experience with agriculture, construction, or commercial vehicles is desirable.
  • An independent thinker able to work under minimal supervision but has the ability to recognize issues that need to be escalated.
