Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Hardware Design Engineer
with 1–2 years of industry experience to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will support the design, development, testing, and validation of hardware systems for EV chargers.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Design and develop digital and/or analog circuits, PCBs, and embedded hardware systems.

·      Create and maintain schematics, BOMs, and layout files using tools such as Altium Designer, KiCad etc.

·      Collaborate with cross-functional teams including firmware, mechanical, and systems engineers for complete product development.

·      Perform hardware bring-up, debugging, and validation using lab equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, etc.).

·      Participate in design reviews, and support testing, documentation, and compliance processes.

·      Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis of hardware-related issues during development and production phases.

Requirements:

·      Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline.

·      1–2 years of relevant hands-on experience in hardware design and development.

·      Proficiency with schematic capture and PCB design tools.

·      Good understanding of microcontrollers, digital/analog circuits, power electronics, and communication interfaces (SPI, I2C, UART, CAN, etc.).

·      Familiarity with embedded systems and basic firmware/hardware integration.

·      Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
