About Our Innovative Role

We aim to develop forward-thinking credit solutions ranging from short-term advances to personal loans, flexible credit lines, and balance transfers that cater to the evolving needs of our customers.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership: Define product roadmap and align stakeholders to build a market leader in personal lending.
  • Customer-Centric Innovation: Research customer needs and industry gaps to design new features, improve UX, and run experiments across underwriting, sales, and marketing.
  • Execution Excellence: Own roadmap prioritization, ensure timely delivery, maintain product discipline, and drive continuous improvements.
  • Go-To-Market Strategy: Collaborate with sales, biz dev, and marketing teams to launch digital and offline campaigns, channel partnerships, and D2C initiatives.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA from a top B-school preferred.
  • Total experience: 34 years, including 3+ years in product management (with startup exposure).
  • Fintech lending or consumer financial services experience is a plus.
  • Proven track record of impact and ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.
