Chief Lending Innovation Officer

We are seeking a transformational technical product owner to lead the modernization of our legacy systems. This pivotal role requires domain expertise in commercial and B2B lending, with experience working on loan origination and servicing systems, compliance-driven platforms, and large-scale projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead product backlog refinement and evolution for the LaserPro modernization program, ensuring alignment with business outcomes, compliance requirements, and technical readiness.
- Translate complex lending workflows into clear epics, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove blockers, and drive continuous improvement as a Scrum Master.
- Partner with stakeholders to prioritize features, resolve dependencies, and ensure deliverables meet high standards of quality, scalability, security, and compliance.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Technical Product Manager, ideally in fintech or B2B commercial lending.
- Proven experience delivering modernization or migration efforts (e.g., monolith to microservices, cloud-native transitions).
