Human Resources Operations Assistant

We are looking for a skilled and efficient Human Resources Operations Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing employee lifecycle management on our system with precision.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Employee Onboarding - Manage bulk employee onboarding on our system ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Grievance Management - Resolve employee grievances via our ticketing system in a fair and prompt manner.
  • Query Resolution - Respond to employee queries on our helpdesk within the agreed-upon timeframe.
  • Exit Clearance - Oversee the exit clearance process ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
  • Collaboration - Work closely with our Rewards team on employee promotions.
  • Documentation - Ensure employee documentation meets statutory compliance and audit requirements.
  • Process Compliance - Adhere to HR processes with diligence.
  • Reporting - Manage reports and MIS for 10,000+ employees.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources Operations.
  • Willingness to work 6 days a week.
  • Availability to work from the office.
  • Graduate or Postgraduate degree.
