Sales Manager - Acquisitions
">">Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain active partnerships with defined sources ensuring asset utilization and business updates.
- Drive project awareness among partners via structured training, briefings, and digital sales kits.
- Identify and activate non-traditional referral sources including local influencers and community hubs.
- Build long-term relationships with micro-market influencers and stakeholders.
- Plan and execute community-led activations to generate verified walk-ins.
- Capture feedback from partners and prospects to understand pricing sensitivity and messaging resonance.
- Deliver sourcing-linked walk-in and lead generation targets as defined by sales leadership.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification.
- 4-5 years of relevant experience in real estate, automotive, or hospitality sales.
- Proven ability to drive sales through partner channels and localized sourcing networks.
- Experience working with structured sales processes and CRM tools.
- Exposure to Tier 1 real estate companies is preferred.
Core Competencies:
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Deep understanding of buyer behavior and sourcing dynamics.
- High execution ownership with a target-driven mindset.
- Ability to build trust with stakeholders across fragmented sourcing environments.
- Willingsness to travel across Delhi NCR and outstation markets.
