Backend Software Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled software engineer to join our team at a leading organization.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Spring Boot, Restful APIs, and Java 8, with a strong understanding of web security principles and SQL.

Responsibilities include developing robust backend applications, designing scalable architectures, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

  • Core Java
  • Spring Boot / Restful
  • JPA
  • SQL

Additional desirable skills include experience with Docker, public cloud environments (AWS), and microservices architecture.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in software development
  • Proficiency in Java 8 and newer versions
  • Strong knowledge of Spring Boot, especially in web application development
  • Familiarity with Rest APIs, OAuth2, Spring Security, and JWT token implementation
  • Experience with unit testing using Junit and Mockito
  • Knowledge of Docker and public cloud environments (AWS)
