Chief Business Officer

Our organization is seeking a Chief Business Officer to drive revenue growth, market share, and business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide visionary sales leadership for PMS and AIF products, driving revenue growth and market share.

  • Drive the development of new sales channels and expand the partner network, identifying and building strategic alliances to broaden market reach.
  • Lead initiatives for digital business enablement, leveraging technology to optimize sales processes, enhance client experience, and drive efficiency.
  • Manage revenue streams effectively, ensuring alignment of business targets across all sales functions and driving profitability.
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify new business opportunities, competitive landscapes, and industry trends within wealth management.
  • Build, lead, and mentor high-performing sales and business development teams, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Wealth Management companies is mandatory.
  • Strong leadership in PMS/AIF sales.
  • Expertise in marketing strategy and brand positioning.
  • Proficiency in CRM & client lifecycle management.
  • Demonstrated ability in channel development & partner network expansion.
  • Experience in digital business enablement.
  • Strong capabilities in revenue management & target alignment.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, negotiation, and communication skills.
