We are seeking a highly skilled Landscape Project Manager to lead and manage landscape design projects from concept to completion.

  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills and be able to guide the aesthetic and technical development of assigned projects while ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
  • Responsibilities will include managing client and stakeholder relationships effectively and collaborating with architects, urban planners, and other professionals to deliver exceptional results.
  • You will also be responsible for organizing and directing junior team members in the design of assigned projects.
  • Demonstrating expertise in landscape drawing production techniques, BoM's, and project timeliness and budget management is essential.
  • You will also monitor and report on key performance indicators such as percentage completion of projects, number of projects requiring significant design revisions, revenue, quality, and innovation.

Requirements

  • A Master's degree in landscape architecture from a reputable institution is required.
  • No less than 5 years of experience in landscape design or architecture is necessary.
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite is expected.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a range of completed projects is mandatory.
