Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage MEPF design projects from inception to completion. This involves collaborating closely with architects, structural engineers, contractors, and other key stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions that meet project goals in compliance with national/international codes and standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing detailed design briefs, engineering documentation, and budgetary estimates;
  • Ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of MEPF design phases;
  • Effective resolution of any design-related issues that arise during project execution;
  • Technical evaluation of vendors and products to meet quality standards;

Requirements

The selected candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering, with at least 6 years of experience in Plumbing, Firefighting, Storm water, and Sewage network design in large projects comprising villas, residential, and commercial buildings. Thorough knowledge of applicable IS Codes, National Building Code, NFPA, etc., is essential. Proficiency in Revit is mandatory.

Additional Skills and Qualifications

Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required. Ability to mentor junior team members and contribute to team development.

Responsibilities

Manage all stages of MEPF design for all projects from conceptualization to final implementation. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines, budgets, and milestones are met without compromising on quality. Regularly audit and inspect MEPF systems to ensure they meet organizational and regulatory standards.
